About Me

Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. My name is Rogelio Pérez, and I’m a Lead Software Development Engineer with more than 10 years of experience specializing in web technologies.

Over the years, I’ve built applications and websites using a wide range of tools and languages, with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem—including C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and microservices architectures. Beyond development, I’m also experienced with platforms and operating systems such as Azure, Windows Servers, Docker, Windows, macOS, and Git.

As a full-stack developer, I enjoy bridging the gap between front-end and back-end. I’ve worked extensively with Angular, Angular Material, Material Design, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SQL, and MySQL—ensuring that I can deliver seamless user experiences while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What I value most is collaboration. I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with clients—listening to their ideas, needs, and challenges—and helping turn them into custom web applications. I’ve also been part of large-scale projects for established companies, where I was able to contribute while continuously learning and sharing knowledge along the way.

On a personal note, I enjoy challenges and take pride in honoring commitments. Outside of work, I’m passionate about animals (especially big cats and dogs). In my free time, I like to watch documentaries and series on topics such as outer space, nature, science, human history, and a touch of science fiction.

If you’d like to connect, share feedback, or ask me any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out through the Contact section—I’d love to hear from you!

Best regards,

Rogelio Pérez
